The gold-country foothills above Sacramento are an undiscovered oasis filled with beautiful wineries. And while the wineries are beautiful, they are also intimate, not getting nearly the traffic you see in Napa – the other local alternative for wine tasting and enjoying the winery scene. All in all, the Sacramento foothills wineries are totally worth checking out as a venue option for your wedding.
One of these wineries is the Bella Piazza Winery in Plymouth. That was Kristen and Mike’s choice for their gorgeous, late-summer wedding!
Kristen got ready for her ceremony with the help of her lovely bridesmaids in the bridal room at the Bella Piazza.
Kristen and Mike decided to see each other for the first time on their big day at their ceremony. So, I captured the guys before the ceremony at a sister winery down the road, the Villa Toscano winery. Mike and the guys are cool!

Nicole and Kevin’s Lake Natoma Inn wedding took place on beautiful, sunny summer day! Their video starts at the Inn before their ceremony, and features their lovely outdoor ceremony, their reception in the Pavilion room, and an after-dark last-look photo shoot with the newlyweds!

Nicole and Kevin are so full of fun and energy! The moment I met them I knew their wedding was going to be a blast!!
Nicole prepared for their big day in a suite at the Lake Natoma Inn. The sunlight near the room’s large bank of windows bathed the room in light. Nicole was a gorgeous bride!! Check out her beautiful dress, too!

After their ceremony, Nicole and Kevin spent some time together, before their reception, on the Lake Natoma Inn grounds.
I just loved their first dances!
At the end of the night, we took a few moments to get a last-look at the bride and groom on their wedding night, before they left for their honeymoon.

Natalie and Josh’s wedding at the Piedmont Community Center in the Oakland Hills featured a newspaper theme. There were mini-typewriters, a black-and-white theme, even the bouquet and flowers had a newspaper theme!
